![]() ![]() None of these would create pleasant worlds if left unchecked by the overwhelming influence of the Greater Will. Malenia's also an optional boss that's potentially still alive and the avenue for the God of Rot in the same way Mohg is for the Formless Mother. Frenzy Flame still exists locked up below the capital struggling to break free. Formless Mother's already trying to do exactly that, and since Mohg's an optional boss he may even still be alive to give her a coporal tool. The bit that she fails to recognize (or care about) is the numerous other outer gods that would happily move into the power vacuum she would create and assert their will over the world instead of the Greater Will. This, in her mind, frees the land from domination by the Greater Will and allows it's surviving people to forge their own path free of it's influence. Ultimately, her goal is to sever her inherent ties to the Will, Seize the Elden Ring from Marika, and run off with it to some obscure corner of the Cosmos where it's in theory too far to exert influence on the Lands Between and the rest of the world beyond it. Far as I've gathered, Ranni's primary motivation is Freedom and rebellion against the Greater Will that would attempt to puppet her with Emperyan status.
